This is the absolute fact; however, there is no test in checking chromosomes just to know the gender of your baby because the merging of gametes happens only at the very beginning, fertilization. Here’s another fact, the Chinese Pregnancy Calendar is used mainly for entertainment nowadays and whether both parents use the modern or ancient ways of determining gender, it doesn’t really matter. Health care professionals and counselors highly recommend buying things, designing the room and planning for a name after the baby is born.
